Hello this is Yogi Nadayogi you can just call me Yogi. I am consistently trying to be active as much as i can doing atleast 1 hike every weekend or so. I am sticking with easy to moderate hikes for the most part. I have been into Yoga/Meditation pretty much my whole life growing up in the Himalayas.

Weather here changes very quickly. Even though the forcast says cloudy or rainy it might end up being a very nice day.
So far weather looks nice for this Saturday but you never know so be prepared.
Feel free to join me with my parents for an easy hike to Old Robe Trail and Big Four Ice Caves.
This is a great easy hike to absolutely stunning waterfalls on the upper cave. You may hear a lot of rumbling from ice falls or even witness the collapse of an ice bridge. Visiting the Ice Caves is definitely fun and it's a must-see in the summer time. There may be avalanche danger because there is always an inherent chance of being struck by falling ice or an avalanche depending on how close you get to the ice caves. Never go in or on top of the ice caves. Always proceed with caution and never go beyond your abilities and understand your limitations. It is recommended to bring water shoes and bug spray.
Hiking itself is a meditation. We definitely could add some meditation tips to our hike and also sit somewhere by the lake for some sitting meditation.
**We might end up walking with very less talking or no talking at all. **
Hike is aroud 6 miles total for both with mostly no elevation gain. We will be hiking on a moderately slow pace so be prepared for that. We will definitely stick to the group pace and will follow the slowest hikerπŸ˜‰. Definitely beginner friendly but " YOU CAN'T BE TOO SLOW THOUGH "
Trail might be little muddy. Please wear proper hiking shoes and bring plenty of water and snacks. And whatever hiking essentials you think is necessary to you.

"Please bring extra boots or slippers to change after hike"

Carpooling is definitely encouraged with atleast $15pp to the driver. We are meeting at Ash Way P & R or directly at the trailhead if it's a long detour for you. Use the group chat or comment section to communicate for carpooling and other stuffs.
Lastly you and you are the only responsible for your actions during the hike.
Please be very respectful to everyone and their space.

And please answer all the questions listed. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½
