OWS at Lake Sammamish - Issaquah Tri Swim

Come meet us for a Open Water Swim in Lake Sammamish. This is to help prepare for Issaquah Tri. You don't have to have registered for the Tri to join us!

We'll meet on Sunset Beach by the enclosed swim area.

In the water by 6:15pm! If you're not a member of the SGLTG please make sure to arrive early so there is time to sign the waiver.

There is not a lifeguard present for this event please swim accordingly and within your means. Bright colored swim caps are highly recommended, wetsuits are not required but recommended especially early in the season due to temperatures.
