Transitions T1 and T2 clinic (led by self-proclaimed expert Dan K)

Details
How much training do you have to do to take 2mins off your triathlon run time? What if you could get those minutes or more for free! That's what this session is about: improving your triathlon transitions and overall time with little extra effort. Through what will be shared here, I managed to get my Lake Wilderness transitions down to 38 seconds and 59 seconds.
Triathletes of all levels are welcome, including pre-first-timers.
This will be an interactive session, where we will first discuss and then practice the techniques. So please be sure to bring all of your triathlon gear: tri suit, wetsuit, goggles, bike, helmet, bike shoes, run shoes, etc.
Please arrive on time and be ready to go wearing your tri suit underneath any other clothing. Look for the STG tent and bike racks (thank you Stephen and Connie!).
We will be getting wet, but this won't be an OWS session, so no need to be an experienced OWS swimmer.
In order to participate in any Seattle Triathlon Group event, you must sign our electronic waiver. Waivers only need to be signed once per year or if your contact info has changed. You can login to your account at https://www.seattletri.org/dashboard to check.
