Explore the direction of this group - find contributors

I want to be candid about where we stand with the Second Mountain Club. Despite our initial enthusiasm, the reality is that we simply haven’t had the energy or time to properly launch and sustain an event. On top of that, the perceived engagement level of the group has been a challenge. It is a little passive, seeking answers rather than actively contributing, which has made moving things forward difficult. My own travel schedule hasn’t helped either, limiting my ability to invest fully. I propose one final get-together with a clear project or goal to see if we can find the momentum to progress. If that doesn’t happen, I will have to accept that it’s time to close down this effort. I want to be transparent about this, both about the setbacks and my intentions moving forward. I intend to do this in July when I return.
