Join me for an early evening meetup to reconnect, meet one another, and help shape the direction of this group for 2026.

This first gathering is intentionally light on structure and heavy on connection. Rather than diving straight into a long practice or a specific teaching, the goal is to re-establish the group, understand who’s in the room, and decide together what would make future meetings genuinely useful and worth continuing.

This is a secular, non-religious meditation group. We draw inspiration from Buddhist psychology and mindfulness, but without doctrine, metaphysics, or spiritual identity requirements. Meditation here is treated as a practical way of relating differently to stress, emotion, and attention in everyday life.

My intention for this meeting is simple, to reconnect, and co-create the shape of the group going forward.

Once we’re settled, we’ll talk together about:

  • What pulled you to this meetup
  • Where you are on your own “path” or journey (however you define it)
  • What your intentions are for 2026 for practice, balance, or life more broadly

This isn’t therapy and there’s no pressure to overshare. Listening counts as participation.
