NJHN Volunteer Opportunity at Elijah’s Promise Community Kitchen

NJHN has signed up once again to volunteer at the Elijah’s Promise Community Kitchen on Saturday, October 3, We’re hoping to have a group of 15 volunteers. To join us, RSVP below by September 29. If you later need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Elijah’s Promise operates a community soup kitchen, culinary arts school, mobile food truck, and connects low-income individuals and families with social and health services.

We’ll be working in the kitchen, combining ingredients for large food trays for their emergency meals program. When our group did this the first time in June, it was easy and fun.
