## Galactic Channeled Writing Meditation

Start your week by getting quiet, going inward, and connecting with your own inner guidance.

Every Monday morning, join me for a free live Galactic Meditation & Writing Experience designed to help you connect with your spirit guides, galactic team, higher self, and the messages waiting to come through for you.

You don’t need any meditation, channeling, or automatic writing experience. Just bring yourself, a journal or notebook, and something to write with.

We’ll begin with a short welcome and intention before moving into a 30-minute guided galactic meditation. I’ll guide you through an experience designed to help you relax, open your awareness, and connect with your guides and intuitive wisdom.

After the meditation, you’ll have quiet space for automatic writing. This is your time to put pen to paper and allow the messages, insights, images, feelings, or ideas you received during the meditation to flow onto the page.

We’ll come back together at the end for optional sharing and integration. If you’d like to share something you experienced or received, you’re welcome to. You’re also completely welcome to simply listen.

We meet every Monday at 6:00 AM Pacific on zoom.

Come once, come occasionally, or make this part of your Monday morning ritual.

Please bring a journal or notebook, a pen, and find a comfortable place where you can relax without being interrupted.

No previous meditation, channeling, or automatic writing experience is needed. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

I’m Sadie Smiley, a galactic energy healer, astrologer, channel, and co-founder of Cosmic Sol Sedona. I love helping people explore their intuition, connect with their guides, and become more comfortable receiving their own messages.

These Monday gatherings are a relaxed space to practice that connection together.

Come spend your Monday morning with us, connect with your guides, put pen to paper, and see what comes through.
