Welcome to Seeds & Sprouts: Vegan Connections, a welcoming space for vegans to meet in real life in the Denver/Boulder area and build genuine connections in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.

I host small gatherings where you can show up as you are, whether you’re new to the area, looking to make vegan friends, or simply want to spend time around other vegans who share your values.

These meetups are intentionally kept small to encourage more meaningful connections. This is a welcoming, respectful space for a diverse vegan community.

Relaxed Vegan Walk at Boulder Creek

Let’s get together for a relaxed nature walk along Boulder Creek.

We’ll meet in front of the Boulder Library Main Branch main entrance, and stop by the café inside in case anyone wants to grab something. They have vegan and gluten-free pastries, coffee, and tea. From there, we'll take a casual walk on the dirt path along the creek and enjoy the surroundings. We’ll likely walk for about 20-30 minutes, then head back to the library.

Optional at the end: Check out the small museum inside the library.

Parking: Available on the library grounds (free on weekends).
