Takeshi Fukushima is a Japan-qualified attorney based in Tokyo, with over 10 years of experience advising international clients on Japan-related transactions and regulatory matters.
His practice spans corporate and M&A work, investment fund structuring and financial regulation, as well as entertainment and media production matters, including serving as legal supervisor for the TBS drama series Ignite.
He is expanding his practice to better assist Singapore-based clients seeking practical support in connection with Japan.
