What we’re about

Do you want practice in expressing thoughts and feelings? Do you find yourself struggling to admit your wants and desires? Do you want to get out of your mind and into your body? Do you want to connect deeply with others, coming from a place of honesty and vulnerability?

If yes, can you imagine how your life would be different if you were fully self-expressed, free from the constraints of the past, connected to your body, and vulnerable with the people in your life?

During our meetups, you'll have opportunities to express your emotions and sensations in a safe, supportive environment. Our meetings typically involve sitting in a circle and engaging in both group and partner exercises.

Our meetup draws inspiration from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which can be summarized in three words: notice, accept, embrace. Whether you're experienced in identifying and expressing emotions or just starting, you're welcome to join us and practice self-awareness and honesty.

Group Guidelines:

  • Please attend our sessions completely sober, with no recreational drugs or alcohol in your system. Clear minds are essential for meaningful discussions.
  • Kindness and respect are fundamental values within our group. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

This group promotes honesty, but not at the expense of others. Brutal honesty that hurts or disrespects fellow participants goes against our principles.
