❃ Self Care Café ❃ (De/En)

🍁 Wir treffen uns im "Café Inaya" und tauschen uns über das Thema: “Der Herbst und seine tiefere Bedeutung für unser Leben” aus. Der Herbst symbolisiert Veränderung, Erneuerung und die Schönheit der Transformation. Es ist eine Zeit der Reflexion über das, was wir in diesem Jahr bisher alles geschaffen und erlebt haben, wofür wir dankbar sind und was wir in unserem Leben weiterführen möchten. Zeitgleich ist es wichtig zu erkennen, was uns nicht mehr dienlich ist, was wir verändern oder loslassen möchten, um Raum zu schaffen für Neues, das in unser Leben kommen möchte.

🍁 Im zweiten Teil werden wir mit Hilfe von "Journaling Fragen" tiefer nachspüren, wo genau in unserem Leben Veränderung, Transformation und Erneuerung notwendig ist, aber auch was bereits Gutes in unserem Leben ist, wofür wir dankbar sind und was wir noch Willkommen heißen möchten.

🍁 Bringt für das Journaling bitte ein Notizbuch bzw. ein Blatt und einen Stift zum Schreiben mit. Ich bringe “Journaling Fragen” mit, die jeder für sich ganz in Ruhe beantworten kann.

🍁 We meet at "Café Inaya" and talk about the topic: "Autumn and its deeper meaning for our lives." Autumn symbolizes change, renewal, and the beauty of transformation. It's a time for reflection on what we've created and experienced during the year so far, on what we've received and what we're grateful for, and what we want to continue in our lives. At the same time, it's important to recognize what no longer serves us, what we want to change or let go of, in order to make room for new things that want to enter our lives.

🍁 In the second part, with the help of "journaling questions," we'll explore more deeply where exactly change, transformation, and renewal are needed in our lives, but also what good things already exist in our lives, what we're grateful for, and what we'd still like to welcome.

🍁 Please bring a notebook or a piece of paper and a pen for journaling. I'll bring "journaling questions" that everyone can answer calmly for themselves.
