🌱📒💙 RELATIONSHIPS IN OUR LIFE
Half of the meeting will be focused on this particular subject and the other half will be an open conversation welcoming all subjects and sharing our experiences and insights. This part is always suprising and depends on what we are going through and how everyone is doing. Please know THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO SPEAK- everyone’s voice is welcome, but it is very normal especially in the beginning to take it easy and only when you want- to open up about what you think, feel or struggle with. Many participants are neurodivirgent, more of introverted nature or experience social anxiety in their lifes. It is all fine and the variety of different personalities and perspectives is what makes every meeting unique and leaves heartfelt imprint.
