Redefining Good: Earning It vs. Being It
·OnlineOnlineAt some point, most of us absorbed a definition of "good" that we never actually chose.
Good meant agreeable.
Good meant helpful, easy, undemanding. And somewhere along the way, being good became less about who you are and more about how well you meet everyone else's expectations.
This session looks directly at that inherited standard — where it came from, who it was designed to serve, and what it's cost you to keep meeting it. We'll separate what you've earned through performance from what you already are underneath it.
This isn't just insight — it's an embodiment series. We don't just talk about what's been blocking you. We practice being without it, live, in the room.
What you'll walk away with:
- Journaling prompts to trace your definition of "good" back to its root
- A nervous system regulation practice you can return to anytime old guilt shows up, to bring yourself back to safety
- A felt experience of acting from your own standard — once your body knows what it feels like, it's easier to find your way back to it
- New perspective from the group, real support, and the reminder that you're not alone in this
What we'll do:
Guided journaling to trace the standard to its root, small group conversation for shared perspective, and an embodiment practice to help you feel what it's like to act from your own definition of good. Why this matters:
A standard you didn't choose will always cost you something eventually — your honesty, your energy, or your sense of self. This session separates what you've earned through performance from what you already are underneath it.This is for you if:
- You've built your identity around being the reliable or easy one
- You notice guilt when you fall short of a standard you can't quite name
- You're ready to ask whether that standard was ever actually yours
This isn't for you if:
- You're looking for permission to stop caring about others — this isn't that
- You'd rather keep the standard than examine where it came from
One session is enough to shift your perception of reality. Come with an open mind and the intention to change.
Come if you've ever thought: "Why do I feel like I'm failing no matter what I do?"

Feeling Safe to Be Seen
·OnlineOnlineMost of us learned that fitting in was the safer bet.
Stand out too much, and you risk envy, judgment, or being left out entirely.
So you learn to take up exactly the amount of space that feels acceptable — never more.
This session looks directly at that pattern: the instinct to dim yourself before anyone else has a chance to.
We'll trace where you first learned that visibility was risky, and what staying small has actually protected you from — and cost you.
This isn't just insight — it's an embodiment series. We don't just talk about what's been blocking you. We practice being without it, live, in the room.
What you'll walk away with:
- Journaling prompts to trace your fear of visibility back to its root
- A nervous system regulation practice you can return to anytime you feel exposed, to bring yourself back to safety
- A felt experience of taking up space — once your body knows what it feels like, it's easier to find your way back to it
- New perspective from the group, real support, and the reminder that you're not alone in this
What we'll do:
Guided journaling to trace the belief to its root, small group conversation for shared perspective, and an embodiment practice to help you feel what it's like to take up space without shrinking back. Why this matters:
Staying invisible was a survival strategy once — a way to avoid judgment or exclusion. But strategies built for safety, left unexamined, quietly become cages. This session is about finding out what becomes possible on the other side of that fear. This is for you if:
- You downplay your achievements or opinions to avoid standing out
- You've held yourself back from something because it felt too visible
- You're ready to explore what's possible if you stopped shrinking
This isn't for you if:
- You're looking for validation rather than honest self-examination
- You'd rather stay unnoticed than risk being seen and judged
One session is enough to shift your perception of reality. Come with an open mind and the intention to change.
Come if you've ever thought: "Why do I hold myself back right when I have something worth showing?"
Cameras on is requested to hold the intimacy of this space.
