We're almost two months into the year.

Maybe you've been doing the inner work. Maybe you've been showing up to sessions, journaling, reflecting. Maybe you're just starting to realize you want something deeper.

Either way — you probably know by now that growth gets lonely when you're doing it by yourself.

And here's something I've learned through my own journey and through coaching: the hardest part of connection isn't finding people. It's trusting that you can be honest with them and still be accepted.

That's what this session is about.

You'll spend 90 minutes meeting people in this community through guided, meaningful conversations. We'll explore what trust in connection actually looks like — what makes it hard, what gets in the way, and what becomes possible when you let yourself be seen.

Three rounds of small group conversations using thoughtful prompts. Between rounds, we'll come together as a group to share what came up and have a real, open conversation.

No small talk. No performing. Just honest human connection.

This is for you if:

  • You're craving real conversations with people who understand what growth actually takes
  • You've been doing the work but still feel like you're holding back in how you connect with others
  • You want to explore what trust means to you — and practice it in a safe space
  • You're new here and curious, or you've been coming to sessions and want to finally meet the humans behind the names

What to expect:

  • 90 minutes on Google Meet
  • 3 rounds of small group conversations with different people
  • A guided reflection on trust in connection
  • Group sharing and open conversation between rounds
  • A warm, grounded space where you can show up as you actually are

When you RSVP, you'll answer a few short questions. This helps me understand where you're at and what matters most to you right now.

Growth doesn't happen in isolation. And real connection doesn't happen without trust.

Let's practice both — together.

Can't wait to meet you.

With love,
Sarah
