When did you last do something just for you? Really for you.

I mean truly — no phone, no noise, no one needing something from you. Just you, present, clear, in your own body. Knowing what you feel. Knowing what you want. Free to simply be.

Picture this. You wake up. No alarm. The air smells like pine and morning. You make yourself a coffee and sit outside for a while, just listening. Maybe you'll take a walk in the woods after.
