Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs & Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's)

Adverse Childhood Experiences or ACE's was a series of longitudinal studies, or studies that followed over 50,000 individuals for several decades, resulting in the development of a questionnaire regarding certain markers for childhood abuse, neglect and uncertainty resulting in patterns that largely dictated an individual's future, if not correctly addressed. That is what we will discuss as we explore the history, application and solutions to overcoming our own individual ACE's.

Along the lines of ACE's, we will also tie in the concept of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, as we discuss how these two concepts are inexorably intertwined.
