Most would like to say they are original thinkers, not easily influenced, having an intimate awareness of both their motivations and intentions. Shame is an uncomfortable emotion, with wide reaching impacts on our daily lives. That is what we will discuss, as we review the following clip(s):

Nietzsche- Overcome Shame, Become Who You Are 10:06

This is an online mental health, support and recovery group, ran by a licensed mental health provider, intended on building community, while discovering our truer selves to build agency while intentionally developing a fulfilling life of our choosing.
Groups will consist of a variety of psychoeducation topics for discussion and processing groups. For psychoed groups, I will have a specific presentation for discussion with the intention and hope for participation from attendees.
Processing groups will have a less regimented format where you will have a safe space to openly discuss what may be on your mind.
Rules

  1. One person speaks at a time.
  2. Do not give advice, rather share your perspective.
  3. If asking another participant a question, ask from a place of trying to understand; rather than to prove your point right, and there's wrong.
  4. If you are disagreeing with something stated, do so from a place of disagreeing with the point, and not the personality or person.
