About us

Self-Led London is a small, intentional space for people interested in mindfulness, self-understanding, and more grounded, human ways of living.

It’s for people who are already doing some kind of inner work — whether that’s therapy, meditation, journaling, or just reflecting on life — and who want to connect with others in a way that goes beyond surface-level socialising.

There’s a shared curiosity here about:

  • understanding our inner world (thoughts, emotions, patterns)
  • building real friendships rooted in trust
  • and exploring what a more intentional, connected way of living could look like

Some of the ideas we draw from include approaches like “parts work” (a way of understanding the different sides of ourselves) and simple mindfulness practices that help us slow down and pay attention.

You could think of it as a kind of modern, urban community space — inspired by intentional communities and slower ways of life — but without anything overly spiritual or dogmatic.
