PERMISSION TO SOAR: Living Boldly with Unconditional Self-Love

Hello beautiful souls,
I’m so excited for our LAVA Mastery class Thursday night!

This is the last class that is free for everyone so I dearly hope you will join me and a group of powerhouse women who are ready to uplevel and master their LAVA game!

One of the greatest hidden blocks to self-love that could be holding you back is permission. You cannot fully master self-love if there is still a quiet voice inside saying, “You’re not allowed, you don’t have permission to love yourself. That would piss off ________,” you fill in the blank!

Too many of us are waiting for permission from someone else before we can love ourselves unconditionally. But here’s the truth: no one else can give you permission to love yourself. It has to come from you.

• Your narcissistic mother or father to finally give you permission to love yourself, you will wait forever.
• Your awful ex to encourage you to believe you are lovable, that day is not on their calendar.
• Your abuser to give you permission to soar free, they will never hand you those wings.
• The people who left you, rejected you, or betrayed you to give you permission to shine your light brighter than you ever have, they never will.
• Your church, your culture, or society to give you permission to rise above your past mistakes, you will be waiting a lifetime.

No one else can give you permission to love yourself unconditionally. That permission has to come from you, and Thursday night, we are going to sign, seal and deliver it for real!

That’s why this week’s LAVA Mastery class is so important. We are going to write ourselves the permission slip our hearts have been waiting for, a permission slip to love ourselves unconditionally, right now. Not someday. Not when we’re perfect. Not when life feels easier. Right now.
Because without permission, self-love remains a concept, a good idea. With permission, it becomes a way of life.

And here is the badass, sacred truth: you are worthy, you are enough, you are capable, and you are allowed to love yourself unconditionally, no matter what, right now. This is the LAVA Power Prayer, and it will be our anchor as we give ourselves permission to soar in the LAVA Mastery class together!

No matter who or what has made you feel like you can’t, this is the moment to claim the freedom to rise.

If you’ve been waiting for someone else to hand you permission to love yourself unconditionally, this is your moment to stop waiting and start soaring. No one else can give you that freedom, but you can.

Together, we will set bold goals and dream big dreams. We will give ourselves permission not just to survive, but to soar. To rise higher than we ever thought possible, to live our optimal lives, and to love ourselves unconditionally, no matter what.
