Welcome to the Women’s LAVA Lounge!

The most important love affair of your life begins here, today. This is a sacred space for women who are ready to rise, reclaim their power, and fall deeply in love with themselves.

The Women’s LAVA Lounge is a free bi-weekly gathering led by, Alicia Ashley, your trauma-informed self-love coach and author of LAVA: Your Heart’s Secret Code to Self-Love.

We meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM PT.

If you can’t imagine loving yourself unconditionally, I understand. I’ve stood in that very place.
I was once a woman who couldn’t look in the mirror without flinching.
I had a mother who beat me, belittled me, and called me names no child should ever hear. For years, I believed I was broken. Like there was something deeply wrong with me, but I just didn’t know what.

But here’s the truth. What was wrong wasn’t me.
It was the generational pain she never healed.
Her trauma became my trauma, and in the aftermath,
I was left without a blueprint for self-love.

It has been a long and winding road. Filled with stumbles, sobs, setbacks, and sacred awakenings. But every single step has led me home to something I never thought possible:

• A love that doesn’t depend on how I look, how much I achieve, or who approves of me.
• A love that holds me on my worst days and celebrates me on my best.
• A love that whispers, you are worthy, no matter what.
• That love lives in me now.

And no matter how long it took or how hard it was, it was worth it. Do I still struggle sometimes? Yes. But I no longer abandon myself in those moments.
I return. I rise. I love myself through it.

And I’m here to walk beside you as you learn to do the same. Because if I can learn to love myself unconditionally after everything, then please believe this: so can you.
This space was created for your healing. For your rising. For your return to the love that’s been waiting for you all along, the love within yourself.

This is not your average Meetup.
It is a soul-deep, heart-centered healing circle for women who are tired of settling for crumbs, shrinking their greatness, or self-abandoning. You are here because you're ready to grow, to glow, and to come home to yourself.

Why We Gather
Most of us were never taught how to love ourselves unconditionally, no matter what.
So we outsource our worth. We seek validation from others. We stay stuck in exhausting relationships with toxic people who give us just enough to stay, but never enough to feel seen, heard, understood and deeply loved. But here, we stop this cycle and more, together! 

We reclaim our voice. We remember our worth. We root ourselves in self-love that cannot be shaken. We’ve tried to speak everyone else’s love language long enough. Now it’s time to learn our own.

What to Expect
Each session is a deep dive into one of the Four Pillars of Self-Love (Love, Attention, Validation, Acceptance) or one of the Four Silent Saboteurs (Perfectionism, Unworthiness, Shame, Self-Criticism)

I will share an overview of the Pillar of Self-Love or Silent Saboteur we are on that week, we will have a healing meditation, a few minutes of journaling and open sharing, if you'd like. There's never any pressure to do so.
