If you’re a highly sensitive person (HSP), there’s a decent chance you’ve spent a bunch of time masking, lamenting, or wishing away your high sensitivity. Frankly, you deserve better!

In an insensitive world, HSPs may need to dedicate a bit more time and care to cultivating self-love. At the same time, they may need more self-lovin' than a non-sensitive person to feel the serenity and fulfillment they desire.

Welcome to the Sensitive Self-Love Lounge!

You’re invited to embark on a Saturday morning self-love journey. We’ll talk about the different ways to nourish and soothe ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as sensitive individuals.

Each session will consist of lecture (~30 mins), meditation (15-20 mins), and Q&A/discussion (~10 mins).

The vibe for 2024? Grace, nontoxic positivity, and a well-stocked self-love toolkit.
