Weekly Meetups for Big Hearts on the Spiritual Path

Welcome to our weekly classes where those of like-mind and like-heart come together to explore how to live a life of love and heart mastery while living out in the world.

Classes cover multiple topics such as self-esteem and self-love, meditation and stilling the mind and being present with your body, the importance of worthiness, unconditional love, alchemy, sacred qualities, pitfalls on the spiritual path, the violet flame, being a spiritual warrior, law of attraction and manifestation, how to raise your vibration, how to upload learning to your soul, healing and transformation, dialoguing with archetypes, the negative ego, planetary healing, relationships, spiritual leadership and much much more…!

Each class consists of an arrival meditation followed by discourses, shoring's and a guided meditation connecting to your heart; that sacred space of love within where you commune with who truly are. So, if you feel called to give yourself the gift of pausing and taking a moment for you, come along and join us and experience these heart guided process.

These classes have been held since 2007 by an experienced facilitator. For those interested in finding out a little bit more about the group and myself, you can click on the 'about' page. Those that regularly come to class say they feel "lighter, held in a warm, nurturing space" and feel ready to enjoy the rest of their day.

Times

Weekly classes are held ONLINE every Saturday and is held at 9.00 am, finishing at approximately 10.00 am. Please arrive on time or a few minutes EARLY as I do not let late comers in.

Payment

Cost: Class is offered on a donation basis, a suggested amount of £2-£5 per class depending on your income. If you genuinely can't afford a gold coin donation then please come along for free. A gold coin donation is requested to cover costs such as meet up fees, conferencing fees and in respect of the time exchange. How to attend

These classes are held via Microsoft Teams. The link below is NOT accurate. All you need to do is RSVP and I will send you the correct Teams link which takes you straight into class. You do not need a Teams account as you can join as a guest. Please make sure you have your messages turned on so you can receive the full details.
