Our topic this week for our Global Class is: Self-Love.
The process is a deep experience of connecting with our inner world, our own self-love through the cave of our heart. Deep within the cave of the heart we can connect with our intrinsic worthiness and ALL that IS. This is not an experience for the head, not for understanding, our heads go under our arm, so-to-speak and we go on a deep meditation journey.
I would like to invite you to join us this coming Sunday morning at 10.30am for our FREE weekly online global class, where a discourse and guided meditation will be facilitated by myself. This class is hosted by the Cosmosis™ Mentoring Centre.
This week there is the opportunity to surrender to a deeper experience of self-love and healing. A simple introduction to how our love truly does come from within.

The call starts at 10.30am and no late comers are allowed in to the call as it interrupts the flow of class. Please, therefore, ensure you have dialed in for 10.25am and are in a private sacred space to avail yourself of the opportunity to work with these sacred processes and receive the wisdom.
