Welcome to these weekly online spiritual classes.

This is a space for grounding, presence, and reconnecting with the heart
in a practical and embodied way. The focus is on slowing down, becoming
more aware of yourself in the moment, and learning how to meet life
with more steadiness, openness and care.

These classes are not about theory or self improvement. They are a space
for direct inner experience, reflection, meditation, and simple practices
that support emotional balance, self awareness, and a more loving way of
being with yourself and others.

Each class begins with a short arrival meditation to settle and come into the body. We then move into a guided theme, reflection or teaching, followed
by a longer guided meditation or experiential process.

These classes have been running since 2007 and are facilitated by an
experienced practitioner with a background in both spiritual practice
and clinical psychotherapy.

Time
Weekly online sessions every Saturday at 9.00am, finishing around 9.50am.
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early as late entry is not always
possible once the session begins.

Payment
These classes are offered on a donation basis, with a suggested contribution of £5 per session depending on your circumstances.

Contributions help cover costs and support the continuation of the group.

How to attend
Sessions are held via Microsoft Teams. After RSVPing, you will receive the
joining link. No Teams account is required.

For privacy and group integrity, links are only shared with confirmed
attendees.
