Your party has been adventuring together for 25 years. Although you have never achieved much more than local renown, you wisely invested your loot and plunder so that you would be able to retire someday. On the eve of that retirement, you are summoned to the tavern by the town council. It turns out that a brash, young adventuring party bit off more than they could chew, and you old farts are the only ones who can bail them out.
Character Creation
2024 Rules
Level 10 Characters
Abilities: Point Buy, Standard Array, or Rolled (4d6 minus low die). If rolling, do so publicly in the Discord.
Magic Items: 1 Rare, 1 Uncommon, and 1 Uncommon Consumable (potion or scroll).
Each player will also receive an age-related debuff based on their class.
What you need:
Headset or earbuds with microphone.
A free Discord account.
A free D&D Beyond account.
A browser capable of running Owlbear Rodeo VTT (most will do this).
