Each week at my class you will experience a guided gentle yoga class at beach 🏖️ , right around 🌅 sunset, which equals full on relaxation time and a chance to surrender to your higher self…

I will guide you through a calming breath segment, a yoga nidra meditation, a gentle hatha 🧘‍♀️ yoga segment, and together we will end with optional journaling and discussion to fully unwind before class ends. It is the perfect way to decompress before a new week💜
