This is a group for anyone interested in business transformation based on our methodology called MVS Model, a human-centric approach which is being used around the globe in Service Design Sprints to accelerate business across many industries.
The MVS Model is on open source methodology that mixes Design Thinking, Service Design, and Lean Startup. It is in continuous improvement by our community of Sprint Masters, which has a presence in four different continents and keeps growing.
A Service Design Sprint is a 4-day hackathon that brings together customers, employees, management and designers in a joint effort to overcome business challenges and improve service experience.
