Hosted by GriefBox in collaboration with Brittany Latta, LMFT, this online event will explore the journey of dealing with loss in a supportive and understanding environment. Participants will learn about where grief is felt in the body, discuss triggers, discover coping tools, and develop rituals around triggering dates (like death anniversaries or birthdays).

If you've lost a loved one, this interactive event is designed to help you navigate these challenging times. We will share personal stories and coping mechanisms and offer guidance on how to find healing and peace. Connect with others who are on a similar path and gain valuable insights on living with loss.
