Join us at the Robotics Club SF, where cutting-edge machine learning meets advanced robotics.
This month, Carlos Diaz-Padron will launch his product, Destroy Robots.
Over the last few years, we've seen robotics AI quickly shift from being almost purely a research field, into a research & development field. One of the tools seeing increasingly impressive results in research is physically simulated environments, with frameworks like MuJoCo and Isaac.
These tools are underutilized in the development space by startups, however, and next year the largest gains in robot fidelity will come from training and evaluating robots using simulation techniques. Destroy Robots is building a platform to make these tools far easier for robotics startups to work with and deploy, so they can push their robots to the limits in cheap simulated environments, and deploy policies to real robots with increasing speed and confidence.
