MapR-DB 6.0 includes Change Data Capture (CDC), allowing you to capture changes made to data records in MapR-DB tables (JSON or binary) and propagate them to MapR-ES topics. StreamSets Data Collector (SDC) 3.0 supports this new feature with a multi-threaded origin; SDC pipelines can read MapR-DB data changes and write them to a wide variety of destinations.

In this session, StreamSets Solution Architect Rupal Shah will explain CDC, how it works in MapR 6.0, and how to use StreamSets Data Collector to update the index for data changes in real-time in Elasticsearch.
