Come sail the Berkeley Midwinters Regatta...

I'm seeking new individuals to join my crew for the Express 27 "Ergo" in 2024. I'm particularly interested in individuals eager to learn about sail trim and flying a spinnaker.
Positions Needed:

• Foredeck: Sail Changes and spinnaker jibs
• Pit: Central boat position, backing up the foredeck position.
• Headsail Trimmers: Trimming the headsail and calling traffic during crossings and mark roundings.
• Do you have your own safety PFD and foul weather gear?

• Dock Time: 9:00 AM (Look for the large silver hoist/crane)
• Sailing Agenda:
• Instruction: Rigging the boat
• Practice and Review: Sail trim, tack, and jibs
• Review: Spinnaker set, jibs, and douses
• Race Warning: At 11:55 in the vicinity of Olympic Circle buoy "XOC."
• After the Race sail back to Pt Richmond cocktails and debriefing

2024 Regatta Schedule:

• Mar 9th & 10th: Big Daddy Regatta (Saturday Dinner & Dance party)
• May 4th & 5th: Great Vallejo Race ((Saturday Dinner & Dance party)
