SF Bitcoin Devs HackDay: Cryptographic tools to protect anonymity
Details
Pavel Kravchenko has flown in from Europe to discuss his work in cryptography. Come enjoy the morning/afternoon with some of the brightest minds in Bitcoin. We will learn, hack, and share projects we are all working on. This is a great chance to network and find up and coming ideas.

The goals will be:
- To provide/recollect basic information about cryptography (if needed) such as:
-
one-way functions
-
asymmetric encryption
-
digital signature
-
key agreement
-
pairings
- Dive into more advanced tools such as:
-
blind signatures
-
zero-knowledge proofs
-
group signatures
-
ring signatures
-
one way accumulators
- To show how these tools can be used to protect anonymity
He will provide links to the algorithms description and libraries that are used to build this stuff.
