SF Bitcoin Devs HackDay: Cryptographic tools to protect anonymity

Pavel Kravchenko has flown in from Europe to discuss his work in cryptography. Come enjoy the morning/afternoon with some of the brightest minds in Bitcoin. We will learn, hack, and share projects we are all working on. This is a great chance to network and find up and coming ideas.

The goals will be:

• To provide/recollect basic information about cryptography (if needed) such as:

1. one-way functions

2. asymmetric encryption

3. digital signature

4. key agreement

5. pairings

• Dive into more advanced tools such as:

1. blind signatures

2. zero-knowledge proofs

3. group signatures

4. ring signatures

5. one way accumulators

• To show how these tools can be used to protect anonymity

He will provide links to the algorithms description and libraries that are used to build this stuff.
