Pavel Kravchenko (https://twitter.com/kravchenkopo) will speak about how to design a blockchain based system that will address problems that the FinTech industry faces: scalability, trust, and identification. For example, you'll learn about how banks can design their own blockchains to fit their needs within AML/KYC.

Pavel is a decentralized systems expert, university lecturer, and public speaker. He has a background in information security (PhD), software development and project management. Pavel created an open-source course in Russian about cryptocurrencies, which he taught at universities. Recently, he started a scientific lab that is devoted to solving problems in the cryptocurrency sphere.
