Samhain Ritual: A Community Gathering
Details
THIS EVENT IS HAPPENING IN GOLDEN GATE PARK MEET UP AT HAUM YOGA STUDIO (780 Stanyan Street)
The mystical dark half of the year, and the witching season is upon us. Join us for a free ritual gathering in Golden Gate Park to honor the witch’s new year and earth calendar holiday known as Samhain (where many of the rituals of Halloween come from). This year the Samhain portal between Fall Equinox and the New Moon in Scorpio is long - well past calendar Halloween, and you are invited to join us in a gathering and ritual to honor the power of this time to heighten your intuition and connect to the magic of the season.
We will come together for a grounding meditation, a calling of the directions ritual, as well as some exercises to help you tap into your intuition and honor our ancestors (and those who have come before).
You are invited to bring something of ancestral and/or personal significance for our community altar. We will meet outside of HAUM yoga studio at 780 Stanyan Street just across from Golden Gate Park, before we venture into the park together for this gathering. Make sure to be on-time or you might miss us, and tell your witchy and witch-curious friends. All are welcome.
