Gavin Wood: Walk-through of Contract-for-Difference

Gavin Wood will give an introduction to Distributed Application (Dapp) development using a real-world case study. He will demo a Dapp that implements a financial instrument based around a contract-for-difference and make a walk through of the contract code and a walk-through of the front-end Dapp interface. This will give people a feel for developing decentralized applications, and what the pitfalls can be.

Gavin is the author of the Ethereum 'yellow' paper and the founder of EthCore. Jutta Steiner was the security manager of Ethereum and is a co-founder of EthCore. She will give a short overview of EthCore.
