ABOUT THE AUTHORS
JOE R. LANSDALE is the author of more than 30 novels, including the Edgar Award–winning Hap and Leonard series (Mucho Mojo, Two Bear Mambo) and the NYT Notable Book The Bottoms. His stories have appeared in Tales From the Crypt and Pulphouse, and been adapted for The Twilight Zone and Masters of Horror. Films from his books include Bubba-Hotep and Cold in July, and the TV series Hap and Leonard. He is a tenth-degree black belt and the founder of the Shen Chuan martial art. SAMANTHA MILLS' story, "Rabbit Test" was a Locus, Sturgeon, and Nebula Award winner in 2024, and who has published a dozen short stories since 2018. Her fiction has appeared in Uncanny Magazine, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Strange Horizons, Escape Pod, and others, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize.
