Anxiety happens. From time to time, anxiety tends to creep up on us, and affect us all, in varying degrees. But it all becomes a problem when anxiety scrambles our head and blows things out of proportion. And then it drains our energy and stops us from enjoying life.
So what to do? Can we get out of the anxiety loop? How to handle the chaotic thoughts and emotions? Maybe we can use anxiety as a warning sign that tells us to do something? Maybe there’s a way we can keep anxiety at bay and stop anxiety before it starts?
