## What's Happening?

The Blind'a Matchmaking App is officially launching in San Francisco and this first event is to to celebrate that and get everyone that may or may not be on the app in person to meet each other!

*Matching on the app will be turned off until the week before the event, so it'll just be making profiles for yourself and friends leading up to event.

Why it's going to be great?
The point of this event is to introduce people to the app and provide a unique venue where everyone is either single, or they have specific people in mind they are trying to set up. Everyone there will be looking to have a great time and do some setting up!

The App
This group is of course meant to be the IRL version of the app, but the app is a great way to find potential matches.
People sign us a seeker (matchmaker) a blinda (single) or both! From there the seekers look for matches, talk with other seekers, and eventually decide if they should connect their single blindas in a chat together!

Blind'a Mixer Trivia!
Separate from the app, we have introduced a fun trivia game for in person events that encourage people to meet each other in the stress free environment of a trivia game.

What's included?

This is a free event, and everyone is invited to come and check it out!

Free drink! A drink ticket will be given out to anyone that has both downloaded the app AND is a seeker or a blinda to someone else on the app!

Prizes?
-We will be giving out $100 to each of the top 3 highest Blind'a scores* (you get more points by adding more people on the app).

Follow-up events
*There will be smaller follow-up events that will be designed more to provide a laid back environment to meet matches made through the app or just other members of this MeetUp!

A minimum Blind'a score of 10 is required for the $100 prize
