Nestled among the majestic trees of Sigmund Stern Grove, children & families in SF’s Sunset District now have a new reason to explore the outdoors w/ the reopening of Stern Grove Playground (630 Sloat Boulevard) following a major renovation.
The renovation includes brand-new play equipment, such as tree-like towers, climbing nets, timber log features, & swings. Just north of the main playground, a new nature exploration zone promotes unstructured, outdoor discovery & a deeper connection to nature.
