We Go to the Improved "Toast Wine Lounge"

We visit this very nice wine bar and lounge known as "Toast" that keeps improving itself by expanding and renovating. It is just 2 blocks North from Oakland's Rockridge BART Station. Also, cars may park for free at the BART station after 3 PM, and one may find other free parking in the Rockridge neighborhood. This event is especially convenient for our members who live in the East Bay.

We might get a bigger space assigned to us if we get a large number of "Yes" RSVPs.

Some of our members visited here a long time ago and think the place is small. No, the premises have expanded with a new adjoining room. "Toast" has wine from small producers that one would have a hard time finding elsewhere. It has a nice sized front patio. Food is served until 10:00 PM and wine until 11:00 PM. It is OK to be late.

I plan to be there wearing my big white hat with a black band, and having name tags and sign in sheets for everyone. There is no cost except for the drinks and food one orders plus tips.
