AGENDA:
6 - 6:45pm - Socializing/Networking
6:45-7pm - Announcements
7 - 8pm - Forging Android talk + Q&A
8 - 8:30pm - Socializing/Networking
DESCRIPTION:
Learn how our Android infrastructure team evolved from fighting fires to forging the tools that make Android development a great experience. Despite our > 1M LOC codebase, over the past few years we’ve introduced weekly releases, 20s incremental builds, 120s clean builds, and run 6k tests on merge in ~ 20 minutes. At the same time we’ve been building a cross-team Android community that ensures we focus on the problems that matter to developers and allows us to build the future of the app together.
