This week at the Code for San Francisco weekly hack night, we will be continuing final preparations for the National Day of Civic Hacking.

We are re-deploying, localizing, and improving some seriously cool apps from around the country and we need your help to prepare them for the hackathon weekend!

The apps:

  1. Find early childhood education and care
  2. Newbie biker? Get matched with a seasoned commuter.
  3. OpenReferral - one stop site to search for social services in SF
  4. Connect residents with local crime prevention councils
  5. Bike thefts in SF
  6. Public health trends - know how to take care of yourself!
  7. Campaign finance data
  8. Overlay Bay Area transit maps and demographic data
  9. 311 call locations - what types and quantities of calls come from which locations?
  10. SF City budget - historical data
