Foodie Adventures - Fabulous Vegas (for Interest Only)

(Part 1 now) This post is to gauge interest in Destination Eats travel to Las Vegas, NV (Nevada). Travel will be in early December (between Thanksgiving and Christmas).

I (Michael) have been a frequent visitor of Vegas since early 1990s and have experienced the many ever changes to Paradise, NV.

This foodie adventure will be focused on some good "authentic" experiences and eats you can possibly find at other parts of the World all localized in one space.

We will try to avoid the CNF fee (Concession and Franchise fee) a 3-5% discretionary surcharge tacked onto bills at several Las Vegas Strip restaurants. Primarily associated with Caesars Entertainment properties

Given the current economy, there really arent many "budget" eats nor activities at Vegas Strip anymore. Their target demographic are "Upper Middle Class". Expect per diem to be around $500 ($250 dinner, $100 lunch).

Spending more transportation to go Off Strip significantly reduces expected per diem.
