SF Python Presentation Night - Topic TBD
Details
As we move into a new era of virtual events, we are combining your favorite aspect of talks night & project night in one! And to help you get the social fix, we'll be using remo.co, the virtual platform you raved about at PyBay conference.
FAQ:
π How does one network / socialize at a virtual event?
With remo.co, each table can have a conversation theme. Double click to join the table (chat with a speaker, water cooler, let's talk about graph database, etc), turn on your mic and video, and wola, you'll meet folks with the same interests. You can also search the list of participants and invite them to your table for a reunion.
π I miss Project Night, how will that work?
During opening remarks, you'll make announcements. Want to lead a discussion? Get code reviewed? Perhaps you are working on a data migration project and got stuck? Let us know, we'll name a table for you so people can find you during the meet up to chat further.
