F# Coding Lunch 2014.1

Details
Evenings don't always work for everyone, so how about changing your mind with an F# break during the day?
So let's meet at Terrace Software, near Embarcadero BART station, bring a sandwich, a laptop, and pair up to work on some of the Project Rosalind Problems (http://rosalind.info/problems/list-view/) from 12:00 to 12:45 - and then discuss what everyone did, and what's next until 13:00.
Suggested problems for this time:
-
"Computing GC Content (http://rosalind.info/problems/gc/)"
-
"Counting Point Mutations (http://rosalind.info/problems/hamm/)"
You can see what others have done so far on the SFSharp GitHub repo (https://github.com/sfsharp/Project-Rosalind).
The problems we'll look at work great for beginners who want to get their feet wet, and there are a few ones that should be challenging even for experienced F#ers as well ;)
