About Cindy's session

We rely on data to run all parts of our business: forecast growth, determine resourcing, improving product offerings, measure performance, and so much more. But do our coworkers and / or employees have the skills and tools to use that data, and as important, do they know how to use that data ethically? As women, we have likely experienced the impact of inequitable data systems and so we have a responsibility to model ethical data practices. This talk will cover what an ethical data culture consists of, how we model ethical data practices, and how being an ethical data user can also improve business outcomes.
