10/26 update:
Thank you so much for having RSVP'ed for our monthly potluck in Golden Gate Park. The Halloween potluck planned for today is CANCELED due to rain. This is the first time we've had to cancel since starting the series in February, and we're especially disappointed to miss our Halloween gathering.
We hope you'll join us next Saturday, November 1, for the 26th Annual World Vegan Festival at the SMC Event Center (1111 Gough St.), 11am–5pm. There are still a few volunteer shifts available at the festival—support SFVS and gain free entry by signing up! And please be sure to take public transit or a ride service to the festival because parking is limited in that area.
Please also save the date for our holiday potluck on December 14 at the Quaker Meeting House, 3–6pm. Looking forward to gathering together again soon.

10/20 Update: It looks like there is a chance of rain on Sunday. We will cancel if the forecast on Saturday indicates a high probability of rain during the middle of the day on Sunday.
9/21 Update: New starting time! Our October potluck will start at 1 PM!
***For Our October Potluck, please feel free to bring a past Halloween costume (including pet costume) to swap. Free free to come in your costume and bring a Halloween themed vegan dish.***
Please bring a vegan dish to share. You do not have to be vegan to attend this event, but every dish should be 100% vegan -- no meat, no fish, no eggs, no dairy, no honey, no products derived from animals of any kind.
We strive to be a zero waste event and you can help by bringing your own travel mug, bowls, flatware, cloth napkin, etc. Come prepared and reduce the waste generated at the event. Thank you for being part of the solution and for caring about the environment. Please plan to bring your own beverages.
As with previous potlucks, we'll be meeting in Ghirardelli Card Shelter in Bunny Meadow. It will be very casual, come and go as you please.
