🗺Getting There: The New Parkway Theater is located in the Uptown/KoNo section of Oakland, near the corner of Telegraph Avenue and 24th Street: 474 24th Street Oakland, CA 94612 They recommend that you come to the theater on foot, by bike, or public transportation if possible. They are close to several key bus lines (51, 1, 72), a six-minute walk from the 19th Street BART station, and have ample outdoor bike parking. In fact, patrons entering the theater carrying a bike helmet will receive a $1 discount (may not be combined with any other offers). They sadly no longer have a parking lot!! Street parking can be tricky but patrons are generally able to find parking within a four-block radius of the theater.

Karaoke Night 🎤 at The New Parkway is a fun, low-pressure night to sing, cheer, and hang out together.
Whether you’re ready to grab the mic or prefer to sing along from your seat, this is a welcoming space for all voices and comfort levels. Come solo or with friends, pick a song when you arrive, or just enjoy the show.
🎶 They use YouTube to choose songs, so there’s a wide range of options to pick from .
There’s no pressure to sound perfect — heartfelt, silly, loud, or shy performances are all encouraged. First time doing karaoke? Totally okay. The crowd is supportive, friendly, and here for a good time.
🍿 Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the night, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. We recommend arriving a little early to grab a seat and get your song in before the list fills. Very vegan friendly!
