Some of us will buy non-pasturized Tempeh from Reculture.
The owner of Reculture, Feby gave a demo on how to make Tempeh at a recent cooking demo.

The group will decide if they will continue further South of the Beach.
I will return to Safeway after lunch. (I plan to go all the way at a future hike)
