Tempeh has higher protein and b12 than tofu and is yummy.

Feby gave a demonstration at the Indonesian consulate for SFVS 2 weeks ago. Cost for high quality tempeh is $11.99. It's not pasteurized and filled with probiotics. Other brands like Lifeways are l/2 the price but is pasteurized for longer shelf life.

Reculture is a non pasturized tempeh sold at Other Avenues. Other Avenues is a 100% vegetarian co-op store that has/had many veg*n managers and workers. Most of the workers are vegetarian.
